Medication Management: Our practice focuses on medication management. We offer telemedicine video appointments. 

Insurance Companies: The insurance companies that we accept are listed on the Appointment Request Form

Disability: Please note that we do not complete paperwork for short-term or long-term disability. 

We do not offer one-time appointment evaluations (for ADHD, Education about Medications, Return to Work, Psychiatric Clearance, etc).
